Check in facilities from Mauritius

Since July 2009 Air Mauritius has begun to implement it's  program for hotel check-in facilities.

To date the hotels in Mauritius from which clients of Air Mauriitus can check in directly are  the following:

1. Le Saint Geran
2. Le Touessork Hotel
3. The Residence Mauritius
4. Belle Mare Plage The Resort
5. Beau Rivage
6. Sugar Beach Resort
7. The Sands Mauritius
8. La Pirogue Hotel
9. Maradiva Resort (former Taj Exotica)
10. Le Suffren
11. Labourdonnais Waterfront
12. Prince Maurice (as from 22 June 2009)

The Hotel Check-in Counters have been re-named Customer Services Counters and are now able to provide the following services on top of the check-in facility:

1.    Change of date – Reservation change
2.    Upgrade
3.    Excess baggage
4.    Up-sell
5.    Re-routing in case of flight disruptions & delays
