Mauritius offers some of the best spots for deep sea fishing in the world

Yellow-fin Tuna, Wahoo, Sailfish and Marlin frequent the waters of Mauritius , making it one of the world’s finest big-game fishing spots.

Here you will find large populations of swordfish, tuna, and black marlin, as well as blue marlin for which Mauritius is renowned.

Mauritius is a mid-ocean volcanic sea mount, therefore deep water and big game fish are never further than a short boat ride from shore, making the big game fishing rounds easily accessible.
